Connect to Mirror from your PC

This guide explains how to connect to the FORXAI Mirror.

By connecting to the Mirror, you can configure its PPE detection settings, review reporting data, download reports, and modify licenses.

You have two options for connecting:

Connect using a local network

The following section describes how to connect to the Mirror using the customer network.

Follow these steps:

1. Ensure the Mirror is properly connected to the customer network by following the steps in the Connect Mirror to the network guide.

2. Connect your laptop to the same network as the Mirror.

3. Once connected, proceed to the User Login section.

Connect offline via Ethernet

The following section describes how to connect directly to the Mirror offline through a direct laptop connection.

No internet or local network connection is required for this method.

Follow these steps:

1. Modify your laptop’s network settings:
   IP address: 10.10.10.9
   Subnet mask: 255.255.255.252

2. Connect an Ethernet cable from your laptop to the Mirror.
   For AAEON BOXER-8640AI, plug the cable into the second port from the right.

   

   
   For Axiomtek AIE900A-AO, connect the cable to the port labeled “LAN2”.

   

Once connected, proceed to the User Login section.
